When will I receive my subscription?It takes around 2-5 days for your first case to arrive following your order, then we'll send you a new case of refreshing gluten-free craft beer every month on the the day of the month you placed your first order. So if you first ordered on the 12th, your subscriptions will arrive on the 12th of every month.

How do I cancel my subscription?You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, by logging into your account and clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" link. Once you're on that page, select manage next to your current subscription and choose the cancel option. For desktop users, click the arrow next to your account picture (top right), and click "Manage Subscriptions" For Mobile users, click the Menu icon (3 lines in the top right of your screen), click on your name and click the "Manage Subscriptions" option.

Are all your beers really gluten-free?Yes! they really are. We only partner with breweries who produce wonderful beers that are completely gluten-free. We do everything we can to ensure there is no gluten in any of our products to keep our customers safe and ALL of the beers in our online shop and subscription cases are gluten-free.

How much does a subscription cost?We offer 3 different subscription packages - 8 cans (£24.95), 12 cans (£34.60), and 24 cans (£67.95). Each subscription is billed monthly and delivery on all subscriptions is completely free of charge (normally £5.95).

What's in the case?Our subscription cases contain a selection of some of the best gluten-free beers available each month. These beers will change every month to give you as much variety as possible and each case will contain at least 5 different beers for you to try.
